All photographs taken by Lasting Memories Photography are the property of Lasting Memories Photography. We have the right to use any of the photographs for display and advertisement purposes. If any customer does not want their images used, they may let us know and a file will be created to show this on the customers account. 

 

Reproduction of any photographs without the consent of Lasting Memories Photography is prohibited unless a release is signed. Any reproductions that are made without this release gives Lasting Memories Photography the right to sue the company that has copied the images and the provider for the reproduction of these photographs as they are the property of Lasting Memories Photography studio. Please contact for a copy of our release.
