Terms of  Use & Privacy Policy

 

All photographs taken by Lasting Memories Photography by Laura Beth are the property of Lasting Memories Photography. We have the right to use any of the photographs for display and advertisement purposes. If any client does not want their images used, we ask that you contact us by email. We will send you a Restriction of Use form to fill out and send back to us. This will be saved in our files for that particular session. If clients are photographed multiple times throughout the years and the desire to not have your images used for advertisement purposes, each session will need to have this document filled out for our records.

Reproductions of any photographs without a print release is prohibited. A print release is provided to our clients who have purchased Digital Images or is included in our selected session. Any reproductions that are made without this print release gives Lasting Memories Photography by Laura Beth the right to sue the company that has copied the images and the provider of said image, for the reproduction of these photographs as they are the property of Lasting Memories Photography by Laura Beth. If you have not been provided with this print release, please contact us to inquire on how you can obtain this release.
